Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. My thoughts.....Looks can be deceiving, this place has great food. Wings and pizza are great. Fresh ingredients. Drinks are strong and beers are cheap. Good happy hour. The crowd is mixed of different ages. Youll run into a few odd balls but lets not make that a big deal... we are all odd balls when we are trashed. If I had to pick just one thing to negative to say (because no one is perfect) the service is hit or miss. Either very slow service or really good. Cheers

Jamboozies in Sterling Heights, MI had a burger we were dying to try. Since we cannot partake of the same morsels, only I got to taste. Anyone that knows us guys, knows we like hard egg on a burger, that's exactly what I got in the sunrise burger. Prime ground beef, bacon, over hard egg, ham, and melted pepper jack cheese. This burger is a heart attack on bread, but that's why we workout! I know it's good when I hand it to my accomplice for him to try. The other burg was the Ragin Cajun. Same meat seasoned cajun, smothered in jalapenos and sauteed onions, with melted pepper jack. Nothing show stopper said about it. Each burger was $7.5 and the 25 oz beers would take you between $ and $7 or so. Sunrise Burger- 4 Price- 3 Service- 3 Overall- 3.5 Ragin Cajun Burger- 1.5, said the burger was a little dry Price- 2.5 Service- 3 Overall- 3 Jamboozies is a place that reminds me of joint that collects all crowds. Maybe not at the same time though. Think Roadhouse minus the cage, the violence, and the mullets. (at least no mullets last night) There were a lot of TV's and a huge projection screen playing both hockey and baseball. There is a small dance floor and there was a guy playing live music. He was good, and not obnoxiously loud. The place is huge with one side having the dance floor and tv's and the other for the billiards. There bar looked fun with the dentist chair incorporated for those needing a shot to fix them. They were however out of PBR... How could that happen! Theresa was always on point with the drink refills and this has never been an issue with us!

I came here to watch a band..Planet of Fun. They were fantastic! I would come back to watch them. The waitstaff was pushy with wanting to sell us shots. The layout of his place is decent and the prices are reasonable. This place is average.

I'm a bit puzzled by some of these negative reviews. I've been going to Jamboozies for 7+ years and have always had a wonderful experience. The waitstaff is always friendly, they're generous pours, and they have specials all week. Real specials. $1 burgers? Heck yeah. $6 for a pizza and a pitcher of beer? I'm in. Oh, and speaking of pizza, Jamboozies actually makes a damn tasty pie. The comment about saving your money and going to Little Caesers? You're nuts, buddy. Enjoy your cardboard pizza. I'll stick with Boozies, thank you very much.

I want to give this place a better rating, and would have if I had only gotten carry out and didn't pick it up myself. Which happened last week when my fiance' brought me home dinner after a business meeting she had here. I liked the food so much we went there later in the week and yuck! The place still smells like smoke from before it was banned in bars. There was ice all over the sidewalk going into the less than desirable entrance. Many of the booths were held together with duct tape. The high tops tables were worn and old as were the chairs. The floor was dirty even in low light. The music was too loud for 5 pm on a Wednesday. The food I ordered was ok... the French Onion soup was good, but it's presentation sucked. Their fries are good as well as the Ceasar wrap I ordered. The food gets a 3, but the interior gets a 1, thus a 2 for my final number.

Great food, great entertainment whether it's the great bands that they attract or their killer DJ. They always have great specials and their food is above par for a sports bar. They have all the normal bar fare, but there are surprising specials that you wouldn't expect from a sports bar. If you're going on a weekend, you may want to make reservations or you won't get a seat.

Ah, the continuing saga of "Dave winds up in a cougar bar, whacky mayhem ensues". With all due apologies to Julie Andrews. *ahem* Cougars in crop tops and much cleavage showing Grabbed by the bathrooms with offers of blowing Tables of ladies turning 'round wedding rings These are a few of my favorite things What's with old Elvis? These are a few of my FAAAAAAAAAAAAvorite things! Ooooh Eastside, how I have forgotten about you. First, there was a $4.00 cover-people still charge covers?! There weren't enough seats at the bar to seat 8 but the manager went over and above and found us a table by the DJ. Our mission was to dance and the DJ played all of our requests as well as all 90's hip hop. You'd think I was a J-Lo back up dancer the way I was bringing it-my sweater even came off. Theeenn the band came on :/ Totally ruined the vibe, so for an hour we basically sat there just waiting for the DJ to come back on. The manager sensed our enthusiasm and bought us a round of shots. Can you say awesome?! Wear your finest animal print, rat your hair real high, slip on those mom jeans, and get yourself a cocktail gurl! 3 hours later, my legs were killing me from the workout but we had such a blast we will definitely be going back again for our next girl's night out.

Very disappointed. My son brought me a Cobb Salad to go. All iceberg. The feta cheese was powder. The veggies were all cheap. The egg was rubbery. It was not very fresh tasting. The bacon was the worst. I had to pick it all out. We passed it around the table and no one could believe how hard it was. My first bite of it I thought there was a hard piece of plastic in the salad. It was the bacon. None of it could be chewed or even soaked soft. This is my last meal from this business. I use to get this salad all the time a few years ago, but I won't make this $8 mistake again. As always, it took them an hour to get their food as well.

Stopped by here on our way to Blake's in Armada for the Zombie Paintball Safari. We thought we would find something "on the way" from home (Redford), and discovered we were quickly running out of road. With the help of Google Maps and Yelp, we landed at Jamboozies. Two in our party ordered beers, and the other two had soft drinks. Crushed ice in my Mountain Dew?? Yes, please. I know this is an odd thing to get excited about, but I take my kicks where I can get them. Our server, though I can't recall her name, was very nice. I asked her to be honest and suggest what she felt were "hits" on the menu, and she steered us in the direction of their wings and pizza, adding that they make their own pizza dough that people are very pleased with. I like that she didn't give us the standard "everything we have here is great!" My husband ordered Monterey chicken, and was surprised at how delicious it was. He liked the mushrooms and onions sandwiched between the chicken and the melted cheese. It was served with two sides, he chose French onion soup (massive bowl, great flavor), and French fries (also good). Our friends shared a BBQ chicken pizza, and liked it. They state on the menu that they use Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, so they're not trying to pass that off as their own (honesty is the best policy!). They also had parmesan garlic fries which they enjoyed. I was not quite hungry enough for dinner, so I ordered the cheese bread from the appetizer menu. The crust was delicious, and the cheese was not too cheesy. Some places go a little overboard. Overall, our visit was good. The kitchen was a little slow, especially for the volume of patrons at the time. We were the only table not sitting at the bar. Other than that, everything was great!

Let me preface this review by saying sports bars aren't my bag, but I'm always willing to give a place a try when a.) friends drag me there and b.) I'm told there's good pizza involved. The pizza is meh, the wings are meh, but the beer selection is pretty decent and the French onion soup is great. Who orders soup at a bar? Me. The cocktail list, however, blarg. I can't emphasize "blarg" enough. Absolutely nas-tay -- unless you are a 12-year-old girl tasting alcohol for the first time. Mmm! This Pucker tastes like a Jolly Rancher! Now here's where I start to judge everyone: The crowd is really bizarre here. I've been here multiple times, and there's always, as another reviewer said, cougars and perverts hanging around. (For those of you unfamiliar with the term "cougar", it doesn't just define a big, beautiful jungle cat. The cougar I'm referring to is an older woman who preys on younger men with zero shame.) Walking into the place, I first thought, "OK, this isn't as awful as I imagined, and their festive holiday decorations are adorable. But wait, what's this? Toilet crabs?" On the surface, Jamboozies appears decent, but as the night wears on and new faces emerge inside the bar, things get dirty and sketchy fast. There's a really stupid siren that they blare off with flashing lights any time a sports team scores, when it's somebody's birthday, when people do shots, and what seems to be anytime anyone farts, coughs, or opens the door to go out for a cigarette. So, conversations are always halted for a bit until this spectacle settles down. So, yeah, I'm giving this review two stars because it's not the absolute worst bar I've ever been to, but whenever a friend wants to have a night of drinking here, I rattle off a list of 400 other local options where we won't be subjected to inappropriate touching and hussies mounting each other in the bar's dentist chair doing shots of filth and fruit flies.
